Content of the experience
Experience, as if you were there, all the real situations that an entrepreneur is usually subjected to, following the common thread of a startup that first receives proposals from professional Business Angels in the context of a Pre-SEED or Early Seed Series, and then, as it evolves, from Venture Capital in the context of a pre-Series A round.

An intense experience in which key concepts and tools are exposed and internalized as needed to resolve the specific requirements of different situations, as happens in real life, but without the risks involved in actually doing so.

1. Receive proposals from different professional Business Angels
2. Analyze them and prepare your answers
3. Negotiate with them, hire an attorney, and ask them to develop an entrepreneur-friendly partner pact
4. Pact with the Business Angels and close the Deal
5. Calculate the conversion effect of participatory loans and update the Cap-Table
6. Receive multiple TS from different VCs
7. Analyze them and prepare your trading plan
8. Receive the IA and the SHA in English, study them and negotiate with investors until the deal is closed
