At Intelectium we are Supporting Partner of Advanced Factories 2025, which will focus on 'greentech' technologies for the decarbonization of the industry

The ninth edition will take place from April 8 to 10, 2025 and will once again be held simultaneously with AMT — Advanced Machine Tools

Advanced Factories will bring together more than 30,000 industrial professionals looking for solutions to improve productivity through automated and sustainable factories.

Advanced Factories, the leading event in industrial automation and robotics, will return to Barcelona for another year and will do so simultaneously with AMT — Advanced Machine Tools, the machine tool fair for the metalworking industry held every two years. April 8 to 10, 2025, Advanced Factories plans to bring together more than 30,000 industrial professionals who will come in search of solutions to improve productivity through automated and sustainable factories.

To this end, more than 570 exhibiting firms will show their latest developments in robotics, automation, AI, artificial vision, 3D Printing, digital twins, IoT, big data, industrial cloud, blockchain... as well as solutions for the integration of production systems, cybersecurity, predictive maintenance, quality control and the improvement of energy efficiency.

Under the motto 'Redefining Automation with Green Tech', the ninth edition of Advanced Factories will focus on the sustainability and decarbonization of the industry. “In an increasingly globalized and demanding world, industrial automation, robotics and industry 4.0 have become fundamental tools for achieving high levels of efficiency and productivity. However, the industry must go one step further and reach 2030 meeting the objectives of the European Green Deal”, highlights Víctor Blanc, Event Manager from Advanced Factories.

In this regard, the Industry 4.0 Congress will focus the debate on how technology is an ally to improve energy efficiency, redefine production processes and move towards a more sustainable and decarbonized industry. Five simultaneous auditoriums in which more than 420 experts will take the stage to analyze the latest trends in the industrial sector: from intelligent manufacturing processes driven by automation, robotics or artificial intelligence, to connectivity, virtual reality, artificial vision or digital twin.

In addition, the congress will have 10 vertical forums focused on different industries such as automotive, aeronautical and naval, railway, electronics, health and pharma, metal, textile, food and beverage, and mobility and logistics, as well as a forum dedicated to energy and 'greentech' technologies. It will also once again host specific forums such as the CIO's Summit, the Industrial Cybersecurity Forum, the Artificial Intelligence Forum, the 3D Printing Forum or the National Congress of Industrial Estate Managers.

The machine tool fair returns after two years

In 2025, a new edition of AMT - Advanced Machine Tools will be held again, the biennial reference event for the metal sector in which to discover the latest innovations in machine tools for the renewal of equipment. With this joint celebration, synergies between the two events are promoted, since professionals in the metallurgical industry or in the automotive, railway, naval, electronic, chemical components... who attend Advanced Factories every year, will also be able to find new generation machinery to help them in their goal of improving efficiency, reducing waste and improving their productivity.
