- Beneficiaries: Self-employed workers and SMEs that carry out the investment project within the territory of Castilla y León.
- Main requirements: The projects must belong to one of the previously established sectors (extractive and processing industries, industrial support services, etc.), involve the creation of employment and involve a total eligible expenditure of between 30,000 and 1,500,000€.

- Eligible projects: Creation of a new establishment, expansion of the capacity of an existing establishment, diversification of production into new products, fundamental transformation in the production process.

R & D projects
For the creation or improvement, from a technological point of view, of production processes and/or specific products.
- Type of help: Grants co-financed by FEDER, for experimental development projects the amount of aid varies between 25% and 45%, for industrial research projects between 50% and 70%, in the case of projects developed in collaboration, the amounts mentioned above will increase by 15%.
- Beneficiaries: Self-employed workers, SMEs and MIDCAPS with registered office or at least one production center in the territory of Castilla y León.
- Main requirements: ICT companies will only be able to access grants as members of a collaborative project, projects must involve a total investment of between 20,000 and 700,000€, and can be increased to a maximum of 1M euros in the case of projects developed in collaboration. - Beneficiaries: Technological Centres duly registered in the Network of Technological Centres of Castilla y León and private non-profit entities that carry out R+D+i activities.
- Main requirements: Projects must be framed within a single thematic priority of RIS3, justify a total eligible budget of between 150,000 and 1M euros, include activities to disseminate and promote the results, and be implemented until 31/12/2022.
