ICF invested 2.5 million euros in 16 Catalan startups in 2017

The Catalan Institute of Finance (ICF) through IFEM, its specific vehicle for investing in innovative startups through participatory loans of up to 200,000 euros. During 2017, ICF invested in a total of 16 startups.

The Catalan Institute of Finance (ICF) through IFEM, your specific vehicle for invest in innovative startups through participatory loans of up to 200,000 euros, has invested 2.5 million euros together with Business Angels, Ventures Builders, Accelerators and Venture Capital funds in 16 Catalan startups during 2017. Since 2012, ICF has invested a total of 12.3 million euros in 81 start-up companies through this co-financing line. The latest investments have been in startups: Colvin, Skitude, Ivoox, Apartum and Exoticca. During 2017, ICF has also selected and validated new private investors to co-invest through IFEM. These new investors include 8 Business Angels networks, 2 Venture Builders, 1 accelerator and 7 venture capital funds:
