What is the purpose of the Program?

Our main objective is to offer entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs an alternative through which they can develop solid foundations with which dominate the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem. At Intelectium, aware that entrepreneurship is synonymous with not stopping learning, we wanted to capture all our real experience in entrepreneurship and investing that we have acquired over the past few years and offer tomorrow's CEOs the opportunity to dive deep into the bowels of the entrepreneurial ecosystem to master the art of launching a startup and achieving a successful investment round.

Who is it aimed at?

The Program is specially designed for entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs who, regardless of the sector their product or service is aimed at, need expert support to take their first steps in the market and successfully undertake their next round of funding.

At Intelectium we often meet entrepreneurs who are very good at their product or service, but who do not know the keys to the functioning of the startup and investment ecosystem. They have never been faced with seeking private funding for their company or have done so, but because they do not have knowledge and practice in it, they are having a hard time convincing investors and venture capital funds to invest in their business. We want to help entrepreneurs to be able to get the most out of their business idea or company so that they can make it grow.

How will the Program be developed?

The program will be developed over 8 sessions, very practical, with “Learning by doing” format and through a 100% online “Live learning” modality (live and in real time) so you can access them from the comfort of your home or office.

Each of the sessions will last 2.30 hours, after which development will be required of offline individual and group work so that you can put into practice the concepts learned in everyday startup contexts and scenarios.

If I don't have time to do the live program, will I have access to watching the recorded classes?

From Intelectium we will record each of the sessions and you will have access to them to view them on a deferred basis if you haven't been able to connect. In this way, you can access the contents of the program as many times as you want, to view or review all those concepts or themes that you need to reinforce.

Although Intelectium encourages you to attend the live sessions and take the opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs and create synergies to maximize the success of your startup, there is no problem with taking the deferred course.

What are the topics that will be discussed?

Through your participation in Intelectium College, you will learn to decide what to undertake, when, how to get the investment you need, define the ideal capital structure, make Business Plans, winning Pitchs decks, financial projections and negotiating a good Partner Agreement, among others.

Theme 3: From Said to Done... How to Raise Capital?

• How to identify the most suitable investor for a startup and how to design and make the best Pitch.
• How to define and negotiate the best Partner Agreement.

What experts or teachers will teach the program?

The Program is designed by startup experts, specifically by Patrick Hunt, Managing Partner of Intelectium Funding Accelerator, Intelectium Ventures, General Partner of Smartech Capital and active investor, with more than 20 years of experience in strategic consulting; and Álvaro Hita, COO of Intelectium, Investment Analyst Lead of Intelectium Ventures and Former Senior Auditor at EY, with extensive experience auditing companies from various sectors (technology, distribution, travel or industry). In addition, the Program will include participation of different expert figures such as entrepreneurs, investors and investment analysts with extensive experience and experience in the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem, who will give their particular point of view and help to frame the concepts discussed in the current context.
