Objective

Provide projects with the necessary funds so that they can validate the proposed technology in relevant environments, refine the business model and strengthen the structure with a view to subsequent scaling.

‍

Type of aid

Direct grants of up to 2.5 M€ per beneficiary and research and development project or feasibility study. The maximum intensity of the grants will be 70% of the total eligible costs.

Beneficiaries

Spanish projects that have the Seal of Excellence, granted within the framework of the “EIC Accelerator”.

‍

Main requirements

• Research and development activities should be between the levels of TRL 5 to TRL 8.
• The duration of the projects must be annual or multiannual. They must start on 01/01/2022 and be completed by 31/12/2025 at the latest.
• In addition, in the event of a lack of funds to finance all projects that meet the requirements established in the call, the presence of women in management bodies will be taken as a priority criterion.

Eligible expenses

Costs of equipment, instruments and materials, personnel costs, costs of external technical collaborations, and other costs such as: travel costs, costs of acquiring intangible assets, etc.
