Phase 1: Prospecting

- Consulting and outsourcing expenses.
- Current expenses (% of personnel costs). The compensation of general expenses and their attribution to the project is established at a maximum amount of 20 percent of the total personnel costs of the project, without the need for justification.

Phase 2: Implementation
