Another condition is that your own funds amount to at least the same amount of the loan. In addition, it is also necessary that your financial structure is balanced and that you show professionalism in management. On the other hand, you are obliged to demonstrate that your business project has technical and economic viability. Thus, the accounts for the last financial year must be deposited in the Mercantile Registry or the corresponding public registry.
