Funding for startups and SMEs in Castilla-La Mancha

In Castilla-La Mancha, startups and SMEs can access different financial aid through the Plan Ahead 2020-2023.

The objective of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment of Castilla-La Mancha is to provide business support for all types of companies that are committed to the creation and consolidation of employment in the Community.

In the same way that during the period 2016-2019, when more than 20,000 people were beneficiaries of the Plan Ahead (with more than 44,000 jobs created and maintained), companies can access the available grants depending on both their size and their objectives.Payment of Social Security contributionsAid for the payment of Social Security contributions, to recipients of unemployment benefit in their single payment modality for the entire amount to be received.-Type of funding: Payment corresponding to 50% of the contribution to the Social Security scheme as a self-employed worker, calculated on the minimum contribution base or, failing that, 100% of the worker's contribution to the contributions to the corresponding Social Security system.-Beneficiaries: Workers who are recognized as having single-payer unemployment benefit for the full amount to be received.-Deadline for submitting applications: Until 30/11/2021.

Innovate Ahead

To promote and promote R + D + i activities that improve the productivity and competitiveness of companies, through innovation projects. -Type of funding: Grants of between 25 and 45% depending on the type of beneficiary. -Beneficiaries: Companies with at least two workers that plan to carry out an eligible action in the territory of Castilla-La Mancha. Both microenterprises and self-employed individuals, as well as SMEs and large companies are eligible for aid. -Main requirements: Eligible projects must cost between 5,000 and 250,000€. -Deadline for submitting applications: Open.

International promotional actions, advice and specialized information

Companies, both micro and independent individuals and SMEs and large companies, can access advisory programs, grants and guarantees for export projects, as well as specialized training aimed at training and updating professionals and companies in the sector, through the IPEX (the Promotion Institute of Castilla-La Mancha that works to promote the internationalization of Castilian-La Mancha companies).

FINANCE

Companies in the region can access different guarantees and bonds through AVAL Castilla-La Mancha (Mutual Guarantee Company), funding programs through the IFCLM (Finance Institute of Castilla-La Mancha), which has several support programs aimed at helping companies depending on the phase of life they are in (initial or seed phase, development or start-up phase and phase of growth and consolidation) and calls for innovation projects through GOBAN (the Castilla-La Mancha Business Angels Network).

Formalization of internship contracts

For the formalization of traineeship contracts, which make it possible to provide a first quality job to unemployed young people with professional qualifications. -Type of funding: Grants of 5,140€ for each contract that is formalized. If the person hired belongs to one of the previously established groups, the amount of the grant will be increased by 700€. In addition, if the subsidized activity is carried out in any of the municipalities considered as priority areas, the amount of the grant to be received will be increased by 20%. -Beneficiaries: Companies in the region that formalize an internship contract with people between 16 and 30 years old, women victims of gender-based violence, people with disabilities or people at risk of exclusion.-Deadline for submitting applications: Until 30/10/2021.

Transformation into permanent contracts

To promote stability in the employment of young people who have entered the labor market, through temporary contracts (for training and learning, internship contracts, relief contracts, etc.). -Type of funding: Grants of €5,300 for each contract that is formalized. If the person hired belongs to one of the previously established groups, the amount of the grant will be increased by 700€. In addition, if the subsidized activity is carried out in any of the municipalities considered as priority areas, the amount of the grant to be received will be increased by 20%. -Beneficiaries: Companies in the region that transform temporary training contracts, internships, relief contracts or workers in integration processes into insertion companies into indefinite contracts.-Deadline for submitting applications: Until 30/10/2021.
