Intelectium has raised 1 million euros in funding for Miscota, the number one selling pet products in Spain. This round of raising capital has been completed in two phases of 500,000 euros.

Intelectium has raised 1 million euros in funding for Miscota, the number one selling website for pet products in Spain. This round of raising capital has been completed in two phases of 500,000 euros (the first of which It closed in July), and will be used for the company's international expansion plan. In addition to its leadership in our country, Miscota wants to strengthen its presence in eight other European countries, where it is already a leading online store. In total, the company already invoices more than 140,000 euros per month and makes more than 15,000 shipments. Even so, Miscota is a young company, based in Mataró and created earlier this year by Albert Costa and Xiaolei Jin, two entrepreneurs with extensive experience in ecommerce.Intelectium has witnessed this entire process, leading the process of structuring and raising funding for the company from the beginning, but going even further: we have invested in the company through Techxios, our funding vehicle, through which we have already participated in five other startups. The capital of this second phase of the funding round of Miscota It comes from La Caixa Capital Risc, a group of renowned business angels, IFEM and ENISA, and will help turn the company into a prominent competitor in the markets of France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Poland and the Netherlands, as well as Spain.In Intelectium we are specialists in supporting the growth and expansion of startups, and since 2004 we have been working with companies such as Minube, ShuttleCloud, Starlab or Virtualsharp, among others, strengthening their structures and raising a total of 40 million euros in investment in capital or public funding.
