Minube, Red Karaoke and Agile Contents, leaders in their sectors

Today, the newspaper Expansión published three cases of startups whose growth Intelectium has collaborated. It's about Agile Contents, Minube and Red Karaoke, who are strongly positioning themselves in their sectors, winning customers and even growing in other countries. Intelectium helped these companies in various areas, mainly in seeking funding, designing an international expansion plan or advising on their business plan.Agile Contents is a Catalan company that develops online platforms for managing content and media on the Internet. Intelectium XXXX helped her. Agile just bought MktTV, a Brazilian company that creates products similar to but complementary to the platforms developed by Agile. In fact, both companies shared customers, so the purchase promises to result in very effective services. Four months ago, Agile had purchased the portal division of Navita, and to continue its growth (with the purchase of MktTV, its valuation amounts to 4 million euros), it plans to position itself in Colombia. Expansión also mentions the cases of Minube and Red Karaoke in an article about the newest (and, at the same time, successful) mobile applications. Minube, an online travel community, presented its new application in June, attracting the attention of Tourism Spain, the largest body in the sector in our country. The previous application had been awarded the best app of 2011 by Apple. In total, the Minube apps register more than 1 million downloads, including those corresponding to specific city or region guides, something that not only helps Minube to specialize its offer in Spain, but also to improve its cover letter in the foreign market: Minube is expanding in the United States, and plans to position itself in Latin America as well.Red Karaoke, on the other hand, has an application that transfers the functions of its website, in which more than 1 million users have already registered and which offers an extensive karaoke service with songs in up to 7 languages. The company, based in San Francisco, is valued at around 8.6 million euros and plans to boost its business with the growth of web TV.
