ICEX news against Covid-19

ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones is a national public business body that aims to promote the internationalization of Spanish companies and the promotion of foreign investment.

The entity has proposed a series of new features in the face of the current situation, the Covid-19.ICEX will return the fees paid to the companies that had in their plan to attend events, but due to Covid-19 it was not possible. In this way, work is being done to minimize the damage caused to participating companies by canceling international events. Some of the events have been postponed, and if the company is finally unable to attend the new date, it must justify the impossibility of attending the edition. Currently, there are 60 meetings at which ICEX was present, have been canceled or postponed around the world, and it has affected more than 1,000 Spanish companies, mainly SMEs. In addition, events organized directly by ICEX or through collaborating entities should also be counted.
