Who can benefit from Startup Capital?
Beneficiaries can be startups of between 3 months and 3 years of life, who have their own technology as a differential factor and who are in the initial phase in need of a push to access the first rounds of private funding. The applicant startup will not be able to accumulate foreign investment of more than 400,000€ (including public and private funds). Another essential requirement to be able to access aid is that the founders of the startups have more than 51% of the company's shares.The purpose of this investment is to finance actions derived from the business plan, from the administration and management of operations to the development and commercialization of products and services. Financial aid must allow Startup achieve a certain milestone. For example, to finish validating the business model and getting the first sales. The duration of this milestone must be a maximum of 18 months.
Amount financed
The minimum amount of funding is 45,000€ and a maximum of 75,000€ by company. The amount of the grant can be up to 75% of the project budget and if the company requests it, an advance of 80% of the grant will be made at the time of acceptance of the project.
Criteria for evaluating Startup Capital proposals
Proposals are evaluated based on scores. The maximum number of points you can earn is 500. The evaluation criteria are classified as follows:
