Intelectium College: A hands-on program with a “Learning by doing” format through which you can develop solid foundations with which to dominate the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem.
Throughout our more than 17 years of entrepreneurship and investment, Intelectium has identified in the market a shortage of university degrees and courses specifically created for entrepreneurs. For this reason, we launched Intelectium College, a program specifically designed so that entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs can dive deep into the bowels of the entrepreneurial ecosystem for master the art of launching a startup and achieving a successful investment round.
By participating in the program, entrepreneurs or future entrepreneurs will have access to expert documents on what a good business plan, deck for investors, financial model with five-year projections and partner agreements should look like, among other really interesting and essential tools in the life of a startup.

What will you learn?
The first session of the program will take place on Thursday, December 02, where entrepreneurs will reflect on their business ideas and key issues to achieve success in their next round of funding. The remaining seven sessions will take place after Christmas holidays, between January and February 2022.
During the month of December, each attendee will have access to a personalized coaching session where they can consult the assigned mentor with all their doubts and perceptions after the first session.

- Third session: Innovation Management
- Fourth session: Development of the Business Plan and a professional financial model
- Fifth session: Evaluation of startups
- Sixth session: Capital structure and round format
- Seventh session: Identifying the right Investor at the right time and Pitch
- Eighth session: Partnership Agreement and Negotiation
