The Typwell team has developed an online course platform based on videos of between 5 and 15 minutes, to ensure health and well-being.
Although the launch of the comprehensive program did not take place until March 2022, the Typwell project was born in 2020 in the midst of a pandemic, as a result of society's growing concern about mental health. The Typwell team, led by Jimena Moreno (CEO and Co-founder), Sara Rodés (Coo and Co-founder) and Macarena Erhardt (Cfo and Co-founder) is working to develop an increasingly extensive platform that provides access to transformative wisdom that traditional learning does not provide. The project is based on three keys: an affordable price (to access professionals such as psychologists, nutritionists, personal trainers or physiotherapists that a large majority of society cannot afford in their daily lives), experienced professionals and a large amount of content.
What is TYP?
The first online platform for disease prevention that brings together the 7 basic areas, in order to ensure good mental and physical health. These areas are defined as:
- Mental Health- Nutrition
- Emotional eating
- Hormonal and digestive
- Relationships- Meditation
- Mouvement
Users access exclusive 100% online content developed by +130 professionals, including: psychologists, psychiatrists, nutritionists, coaches, doctors and physiotherapists. In addition to the classes themselves (videos of between 5 and 15 minutes) Typwell offers complementary tools such as templates and downloadable ebooks, as well as TypTalk, a private chat to ask professionals questions and share them with the community. Over the next few months, the team plans to launch independent modules, seminars and courses on specific topics to complement the training offer. With the same objective of democratizing health and well-being and for people to learn to take care of themselves, the Typwell team organizes different events (both our own and in collaboration with other companies) and conferences such as: showcookings with Masterchef participants, interactive hypopressive workshops, sleep, stress management or postural pilates sessions at the retreat. In addition, Typwell is betting on a B2B2C business model, through which companies can offer their employees a real solution for improving your well-being.
