Which companies may be eligible?

Applicant companies must be innovative startups or SMEs, which are registered as SMEs with a corporate form.

Type of project

  1. The startup or SME can present itself alone or as part of a consortium.
  2. The project must have a maximum duration of 6 months.
  3. The thematic area will depend on each call.

When the submission of the application to SME I is in a consortium...

  1. There are no minimum consortium requirements. The SME is free to choose the consortium according to their needs.
  2. SMEs can be chosen for the consortium from any EU country plus those that are members of the H2020 program.
  3. If the participation of an entity other than an SME (such as a large company, university, research center, etc.) is necessary, it must participate as a subcontracted company. The costs of outsourcing can never exceed 50% of the project budget.

What expenses are eligible for funding the call?

Those related to the implementation of the project, such as personnel costs, travel, equipment, infrastructure, goods and services.
